Gentle compaction has top priority

Used as an upstream powder deaerator, the VACUPRESS extracts the air from the spaces between your fine-grained bulk materials and powders. Compared with many other powder compactors, the VACUPRESS deaerates and compacts your bulk materials with extremely low pressing forces that do not affect the quality your customers are used to. Maximum bulk densities with low bulk material volumes are the result.


The deaerated and compacted product can be returned to its fine powdery state at any time, if necessary, even without the application of high shearing forces.


VACUPRESS systems are of course also available in ATEX-compliant versions.
