Grenzebach ranked within top 5 employers in Germany


As in previous years, the Grenzebach Group was able to further improve its position as one of Germany's top employers and secured a top position among the top five for the first time. This is the result of a ranking which is annually published by Focus-Business Magazine in collaboration with Xing, a social networking website for professionals, and the employer reviewing portal kununu.com.

The companies are rated according to employee satisfaction, working atmosphere and internationality. The study measures the workplace culture of German companies of various sizes according to reliable, transparent and comparable standards. To identify the 1,000 top national employers, the market research institute Statista has evaluated more than 143,500 employer reviews from an independent online survey, a survey among Xing members, and recent Kununu reviews. Grenzebach is the only medium-sized enterprise among the TOP5 in the machine construction and plant engineering sector and has been awarded the first prize within the group of medium sized businesses. The company was also able to secure a great 82nd place in the nationwide leading group across all industries. "After having been ranked 15th last year, we are very proud of this fantastic result," says Renato Luck, CEO of the Grenzebach Group. "I think this placement impressively shows that we as a medium-sized enterprise do not have to hide behind big global players."
