Work together, celebrate together, and support each other

22.12.2017 - Grenzebach says "Thank you" for a year full of exciting encounters.

Inspiration, innovation and intensive exchange: Employees of the Grenzebach Group can look back on many exciting encounters with customers, suppliers and business partners in 2017. Thanks to everyone! Celebrate, reminisce and have a good time: Grenzebach wishes you and your families a Merry Christmas and a good start in 2018. The coming year will be another exciting high-tech year for us.

Proud of new high-tech solutions

Celebrate, reminisce and have a good time: Right before the holidays, current and former employees came together to celebrate the Christmas Season at our headquarters in Hamlar. “2017 was another successful year in which we were able to introduce more innovative high-tech solutions on both, national and international markets. A performance you all can be proud of“, says Renato Luck, CEO of the Grenzebach Gruppe. Special highlights: the new 4-axes friction stir welding machines DSM1400 & DSM2400 and the mobile robot MR10S.

Strong individual performance, strong community

Sonja Grenzebach-Proeller, main shareholder of the Grenzebach Group compliments the company's team spirit:  "My personal thanks to each and every one of you. From the apprentice to the engineer to the board of management – everyone here contributes to a successful and innovative Grenzebach Group".

Our strong joined commitment we like to demonstrate with events, such as the September Family Day held in the new Grenzebach innovation center and this year’s 10th anniversary of our Apprentice Day. And also internationally we like to shine: this year, our Georgia location received the "Georgia Manufacturer of the Year" award in the category “small manufacturers”.

Many exciting topics to be talked about during the Christmas celebrations in Hamlar and Bad Hersfeld. Celebrate, reminisce and have a good time: At our Christmas Party in Hamlar, our employees enjoyed delicious meals from food trucks that Grenzebach had brought in just for this occasion. And of course there is no party without our "Grenzebach Buam" supplying the musical framework while in Bad Hersfeld a DJ entertained the guests.

Donations in Hamlar and Bad Hersfeld

Like the last few years, instead of sending gifts to customers, Grenzebach collected money to donate to local charities. Hamlar raised a total of 2,500 Euro to give to the Northern Swabian women's shelter and a children’s organization that helps in emergency situations and uses some of the money to help fund a clown to visit children at the Augsburg hospital. Bad Hersfeld also donated 2,500 Euro to a local women’s shelter and a soup kitchen.
