Grenzebach Showcases Integrated Casting Solutions at CastForge 2026
- Grenzebach presents end-to-end casting solutions, from concept to finished component, at CastForge 2026.
- Focus on solutions for increasing complexity, uncertain supply chains, and rising cost pressure.
- Grenzebach positions itself as an integrated partner for global casting supply chains.
HAMLAR, STUTTGART/Germany. Grenzebach Group will participate in the international trade fair CastForge in Stuttgart, Germany, from June 9–11, 2026. Following successful appearances in 2022 and 2024, the company will present its comprehensive portfolio in the field of casting parts for the third time, specifically addressing industry professionals from manufacturing, procurement, and engineering.
Under the guiding theme “Casting Visions—From Idea to Shape,” Grenzebach demonstrates how key industry challenges such as increasing complexity, volatile supply chains, and growing cost and sustainability pressures can be effectively addressed through integrated solutions.
Addressing Increasing Complexity and New Requirements
In particular, in the fields of automation and robotics, the requirements for casting parts are continuously increasing. Larger, more complex, and function-integrated components require not only the highest quality, but also deep process expertise. Grenzebach addresses these demands through close integration of engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, from the initial concept through series production to delivery.
Stable Supply Chains Through a Global Partner Network
With its own foundry in Nantong, China, and selected partner foundries, Grenzebach offers high flexibility in terms of casting processes and materials. At the same time, the company delivers stable and transparent supply chains, a decisive advantage in an increasingly uncertain global environment.
In addition, Grenzebach meets numerous international standards and certifications, thereby actively assuming responsibility within the supply chain.
Installation-Ready Components Instead of Individual Parts
A key element of the portfolio is mechanical processing at the company’s state-of-the-art machining center in Jiashan, China. There, Grenzebach covers a wide range of process steps such as machining, foam sealant application, painting as well as comprehensive quality controls. As a result, customers receive efficient, tested, and on-time delivered, installation-ready components from a single source.
The offering is complemented by full supply chain management, from initial consultation, technical clarification, and optimization to production, global delivery, and additional services.
“Our customers are facing the challenge of realizing increasingly complex components under high time and cost pressure, while requirements for quality and delivery reliability continue to rise. This is exactly where we come in. We take a holistic approach to casting and support our customers from the initial concept to the finished component. This partnership-based collaboration is the key to sustainable success.”
With this approach, Grenzebach deliberately goes beyond the traditional role of a foundry, positioning itself as an integrated solution partner that combines engineering, global sourcing, mechanical processing, and quality assurance within a holistic concept.
