The end-to-end offering is a logical evolution of Grenzebach Additive Solutions’ existing activities. In collaboration with established manufacturers of 3D printing systems, the company has already developed automation solutions for powder-based metal and polymer printing and integrated them into machine and production environments.
Grenzebach Additive Solutions is now applying this experience to the entire post-processing environment. Instead of individual automation solutions, industrial users receive a complete solution tailored to their production requirements. The company assumes overall project responsibility and serves as the central point of contact for integrating and connecting the individual process steps.

The company contributes its own machines and automation solutions for post-processing and intelligently connects them with existing equipment and solutions from other manufacturers. Software and interfaces provide the necessary connectivity.
Grenzebach Additive Solutions takes a manufacturer-independent approach. Existing 3D printers can be integrated into the overall concept just as easily as new equipment. If no printer is available yet, it can also be included in the overall project as needed.
Therefore, the starting point is not a specific machine, but the customer’s production task. The goal is to create a scalable production environment, up to fully automated production, that enables higher throughput, shorter process times, and lower unit costs.
