What interns say about working at Grenzebach

FIRST HAND

“ The tasks at Grenzebach are very wide-ranging. I work on my own projects, but I also get to see a lot of the day-to-day business. This way, I get to know all areas of automation technology. My personal highlight: I was involved in the Shop Test for a customer project. This means that the machine is assembled in our factory and thoroughly tested before it is shipped to the customer. An exciting insight into the assembly! ”

Simon Burzler

Intern in the Handling Technology department of the Glass BU

“ For me, Grenzebach just does everything right. Since the company designs systems and also manufactures them itself, design is closely linked to production. Often, engineers cannot see what the system will look like in reality in the end - this is different here. My experience confirms that this is exactly the direction I want to work in later. ”

Valentin Braun

Intern in Engineering studies Mechanical Engineering

“ I have always found software development exciting. Therefore, I am pleased that I can do my practical semester at Grenzebach in this area. I was immediately assigned my project: the expansion of software for a customer system. I can work very independently, yet the team is always on hand to answer any questions. The option to work from home is another advantage. ”

Daniel Holnaicher

Intern in Software Development studies Information Technology
