Areas of responsibilities
Recruiting, administration, training, occupational health management and much more - the scope of activities in Human Resources is as diverse as the people at Grenzebach.
For example, as an HR Business Partner in Recruiting, you will be looking for the region's top talents. You will interview and negotiate, welcome new colleagues and support prospective candidates throughout the entire application process. You will also support specialists and managers in matters relating to labor law and human resources.
In the Training and Development and Qualification teams, you will actively assist our employees, from young to old, in achieving their personal goals, thinking ahead and remaining flexible.
In administration of Human Resources, you will be our employees' point of contact for legal & money issues. Payroll accounting is part of this area of responsibility, as well as everything to do with our Grenzebach benefits.
