For you to feel like at home, Grenzebach has developed a mentoring program in which we will assign you a mentor who will train and accompany you during your first weeks and months – we encourage you to ask many questions to comfortably learn all of our in-house processes. Aside from your mentor, co-workers and managers in and outside of your department are supporting you to ease into your new environment while taking on your very own first tasks. Regular feedback meetings will help you to get a good feel for your performance.

At Grenzebach we practice an open communication culture utilizing the intranet and email correspondence to stay informed. Our CEO, Renato Luck always makes sure that everybody is aware of new developments. Our senior management explores new strategies and guidelines together in workshops and shares any updates about current developments during employee meetings at all of our Grenzebach locations. The monthly CEO lunch is also a good way for us to keep and entertain open communication.
