Grenzebach offers complete control technology for the Cold End, with simple and comfortable operation in one common surface. The integrated diagnosis system helps to recognise and adjust faults quickly.
Plausibility checks avoid faulty input and the operative situation of the total line, or part of it, can be re-called quickly at any time.
Especially developed for the Cold End of a float line, the Grenzebach PPC (Production Process Control) controls the whole Cold End production process. The combination of capacity and quality optimisation during glass cutting, guarantees a maximum result and at the same time, quality requirements remain unchanged.
Interfaces with priority ERP systems enable downloading of orders and reporting back of production data. An exact analysis of the production process can be made, and thus the whole process up to the Hot End is improved.
