Society of "Friends of the Hans-Leipelt-School"
Goal of this society is to strengthen the contact between pupils of the Hans-Leipelt-School and the domestic industry.
The society focusses on three different approaches to realize this goal:
- Optimize vocational training
- Better align the syllabus with professional experiences
- Enhance active career planning for pupils
Grenzebach Maschinenbau GmbH in Hamlar supports these goals by inviting teachers and pupils to information events. These meetings are designed to support pupils in their decision making process to find an occupation that fits their talents.
The following activities are scheduled on a periodic basis:
- Grenzebach employees meet with teachers and pupils
- Meetings between teachers and functional departments
- Coaching of pupils by Grenzebach employees
- Presentation of careers at Grenzebach
